Kersy Azocar is the President and CEO of Greenline Access Capital and has over 18 years of experience in the financial industry. For 13 years she worked at a Philadelphia-based Community Financial Development Institution (CDFI) where she managed a microlending department with a national scope, closing over 1,600 loans and $6 Million dollars.
In 2021, Kersy worked as Project Manager of the Pennsylvania COVID-19 Hospitality Industry Recovery Program (CHIRP), a $17 Million dollar Grant program created by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to support businesses in the hospitality industry. The program was managed by the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Kersy prides herself on being able to address the needs of emerging and existing entrepreneurs.
Jonathan Rollins is the Chief Operating Officer at Greenline Access Capital where he provides strategic and operational support to staff and Executive Leadership. He joined forces with President and CEO, Kersy Azocar, before the initial launch of Greenline Access Capital and has supported her in defining the mission, vision, and roadmap to becoming a certified CDFI and established microlender in the Philadelphia Region. Jonathan Rollins is also a Nonprofit Consultant serving other CDFIs and emerging CDFIs in enhancing microlending operations and building effective methods to measure programmatic outcomes and impact. Prior to becoming a nonprofit Consultant, Jonathan was the Chief Operating Officer of FINANTA, a CDFI in Philadelphia, and has over 15 years of experience in the fields of microlending and financial inclusion.
Roxanna has over a decade of experience working in the economic development industry. In her role she also provides direct Technical Assistance to clients with a core emphasis on the development of a Financial Budget. The approach and techniques used, have proven to be extremely effective when working with small businesses and in particular with the immigrant population.
Prior to working at Greenline, Roxanna worked at a Philadelphia-based CDFI for over 11 years, as an AVP of Microlending. During her time as a loan officer, she consecutively exceeded her sales goals, closing over 100 loans every year, managing the largest portfolio with the highest repayment ratios. Roxanna joined Greenline in March 2022 and is originally from the Dominican Republic.
Gleidys works closely with every client to ensure they are connected to the in-house and 3rd party resources needed to implement an Entrepreneurial Action Plan. This involves making referrals internally and externally, as well as providing direct Business consulting. With her assistance over 28 clients have received 1.7 million dollars in Emergency Loans from the SBA and grants from various federal, state and city programs.
She joined Greenline in July 2021 and is originally from the Dominican Republic. Gleidys has extensive experience in customer service, quality control, foreclosure prevention and loan servicing.
Alix is a highly technical Applications/Network Analyst with 15 years of professional experience in Windows and Mac Administration, SQL Programming using SQL/Reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong iManage and SCCM experience.
Alix is the President and co-founder of Compuhelp LLC, a company that provides technology services to various business, including the for profit and nonprofit sectors. He possesses an innate passion for information technology and its potential to help businesses achieve their goals. Alix is constantly exploring new technologies and finding ways to apply them in innovative ways. He is always looking for ways to improve his skills and knowledge to better serve his clients and the IT community.
A Multiplatform-IT professional, Alix has the unique capacity to translate technology-speak into business conversation. In the past, he was a technology director for two distinguished Philadelphia non-profits.
